Contact the Mailing Preference Service to delete your name from junk mail lists. Their details can be found using the WasteAware search below.
You can also request that the Royal Mail ceases to deliver unaddressed mail ('to the occupier') by contacting their helpline. Their details can be found using the WasteAware search below.
Most unwanted junk mail that has already been delivered to your home can be recycled in the paper banks. Please see the information on 'paper' for guidance on items that are not accepted (such as brown envelopes)
