Animal bedding is a very good material to be used in composting. If you have a composter you can compost the material at home.

For animal faeces, you can use dog litter bins you can put it in your bin for collection (this material is not hand sorted).

Animal waste from private establishments should be disposed of through a private disposal company. Contact the Environment Agency for details.
